Morning, every day

Rinse with lukewarm waterNo cleanser in the morning. Just splash your face with lukewarm water and pat dry gently. Never rub.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic SerumPour onto clean hands, no cotton pad. Press and pat gently all over your face. Leave it on, don't rinse.

Augustinus Bader The EssenceApply while skin is still slightly damp so it can draw in more moisture. Press in gently right before serum.

Augustinus Bader The SerumPat over face and neck. This one targets fine lines and helps boost elasticity over time.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow DropsSkip entirely on retinoid days, morning and night. On all other mornings this is your brightening step.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Sun Drops SPF 50, always lastNickel size every single morning, always the final step. Reapply every 2 hours if you're going outside.

Evening, every day

Augustinus Bader The Cleansing Balm, pre cleanseOnly if you wore SPF or makeup. Start with dry hands on a dry face. Massage for about a minute, add lukewarm water to emulsify, then rinse well.

Dr. Barbara Sturm CleanserLather gently in your palms, massage onto your face, rinse with lukewarm water. Pat dry.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Hyaluronic SerumPour into clean hands and press and pat gently all over your face. Leave it on, no rinsing.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Eye Cream, retinoid nights onlyDab a tiny amount around your orbital bone before applying the retinoid. Keeps it from migrating toward your eyes.

Augustinus Bader The Retinol Serum, see schedulePea size only. Apply gently and avoid the eye area. On non retinoid nights skip to the next step.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Glow Drops, non retinoid nights onlySkip on retinoid days entirely. On off nights apply here before moisturizer.

Dr. Barbara Sturm Clarifying Serum, non retinoid nights onlySmallest drop, nose area only. Helps break down blackheads. Never use on retinoid nights.

Augustinus Bader The Rich CreamBe generous with this one. Press it in gently. It locks everything in and keeps your barrier strong.

Retinoid introduction

Month 1: Two nights per week, for example Tuesday and Friday. Let your skin adjust, there is no rush.
Month 2: Take a full break. Rest your skin for the entire month with no retinoid at all.
Month 3 and on: Three nights per week if your skin is happy. Never more than four nights per week.

Important reminders

Glow drops

Skip entirely on retinoid days, morning and night. Use freely every other morning.

Eye protection

Always dab the eye cream around the orbital bone before retinoid nights. Never on eyelid skin.

Hyaluronic serum

Works best on slightly damp skin. Apply right before the essence to draw moisture in.

Makeup wipes

Avoid them. Too harsh for sensitive skin. Use the cleansing balm instead.

Pillowcase

Change it often. Your skin rests on it all night.

Be patient

Introduce new products one at a time. Sensitive skin needs time to adjust.
